Once the deal was made, the other employees who worked with us ( Troy Alley and Gina Lopez)were efficient, polite and went out of their way to help, answered our questions, were organized and ready to go when we arrived and made sure we did not sit around waiting. Our sales person was Kristin Waldrop. She was nothing short of phenomenal. She is personable, friendly, cared about us and our interests and is very professional. She is a credit to her employer. Dealing with Kristin made the entire process actually fun. ( I am a lawyer and choose my words carefully ) I said “fun” and that is what I meant. She has a great sense of humor and exercises it wisely and professionally. We set an appointment to complete the documents and pick up the new car. She had everything and others involved organized. Best car buying experience ever! I was in an unfortunate auto accident on 10/31 where someone rear-ended me on I-95 in South Florida. Parts for Audi Q5 I am not impressed with Audi's service. My car was in an accident a month ago and 1) they do not have a body shop on the premises, 2) you have to get I am not impressed with Audi's service. It takes FOREVER to get the parts in. When you call the parts department NO ONE answers the phone. This shows lack of service and they do not have an adequate supply of parts on hand,. You are going to lose my business!! More
