MY BAD EXPERIENCE @audicoralspringWhen you go to buy a MY BAD EXPERIENCE @audicoralspring When you go to buy a car at a dealership like Audi Coral Springs, you hope that that verbal agreement you come to MY BAD EXPERIENCE @audicoralspring When you go to buy a car at a dealership like Audi Coral Springs, you hope that that verbal agreement you come to with the salesman and the manager is reflected in the papers they give you to sign, right? Well, we turned in our old leased car as we picked up our new one, and we had one more month left to pay on the old vehicle. The deal was that Audi Coral Springs would take responsibility and take care of that last month. This was very clear to everyone involved -- that we didn't owe them anything for the vehicle we turned in, just that we start paying the new lease. After a couple days, Audi claimed we didn't pay our last month on the old vehicle. We put a claim in with Audi Coral Springs and they told us that what we signed was not in line with what we were previously told. They said they weren't responsible, even though that wasn't what they had agreed to verbally. Turns out, they did not include the part about them paying the last month in the written contract. But that's where trust comes in, at the culmination of long negotiation processes like this one. And the trust, at least for me, is no longer there. MI MALA EXPERIENCIA @audicoralspring. Cuando vas a comprar un auto a un dealer como @Audi Coral Spring, esperas que el acuerdo al que llegas con el vendedor y con el manager sea respetado en los papeles que te dan para firmar, ¿no? Bueno, nosotros entregamos nuestro auto como parte de pago, al que le faltaba pagar una cuota. El acuerdo era qué #Audi Coral Spring, se hacían cargo de aquella ultima cuota. Quedo muy claro esto, no debía un solo dólar más del lease anterior, solo debía comenzar a pagar el lease a Audi. Luego de algunos días, este último pago adeudado, es reclamado por la compañía del lease del auto anterior. Hicimos el debido reclamo a Audi Coral Spring y dicen que no es lo que firme y que ellos no se hacían cargo, a pesar de decirles que ese no era el acuerdo al que arribamos verbalmente. Es verdad, en el contrato no me incluyeron la última cuota. En mi caso, no es por el dinero, la desilusión porque la confianza al momento de la firma en este tipo de largos contratos, es esencial. Según mi experiencia, en #audicoralspring hay que tener mucho cuidado con el acuerdo verbal y lo que luego te hacen firmar More
