Audi Coral Springs

My service warranty ran out and this was my 6 year service. Instead of being offered options to buy an extended warranty to possibly save some money on this and future service, I was charged outrageou service. Over nearly $900 for an oil change and brake line flush is a bit extreme. Especially when I see that parts were only a small fraction of the cost. Also, although I appreciate the video sent to me from the technician, there is almost so much background noise, and disregard when talking directly into the microphone, it's practically useless. I've been a loyal Audi customer for about 12 years. That ends in 2025. Time to make a change and see what your competitors have to offer. More

The reason for my 4 star review is that when I made my appointment via the call center they did not make me aware that my vehicle may need t Springs. I would not have made the appointment at that time if I was aware of that. I do however give Krista my service agent a 5 star review. She was sympathetic to my concerns, was very professional and was able to arrange rides for me and provided excellent service. I’m looking forward to working with her in the future. More

Heading to Audi dealer in West Palm when we saw a car on line at Coral Springs. Test drove it and decided we wanted to purchase it - when they brought out the "deal" they had added an outrageous fee for Lo line at Coral Springs. Test drove it and decided we wanted to purchase it - when they brought out the "deal" they had added an outrageous fee for Low Jack and to recondition the car - I'm sorry but if I am buying a used car from you the recondition should be included in the price. Also, this was an Audi certified used car - is Audi aware that this reconditioning fee is added in addition to the price of their CPO? If not for Nick we would have walked out. Nick went above and beyond to try and remedy things. But I am still not happy that I was forced to purchase a Low Jack that I did not want. I will not be returning to Audi Coral Springs. More
