Manager John called asking me to delete my negative review, I won’t delete it because what they did was wrong & they never cared about their customer service to begin with.Just got back from another shop and paid $800 to have the “basic maintenance” they charged me $1200 to NOT perform. Was told @ purchase they put new brakes & tires, turns out they only replaced the rear brakes. Front brakes are visibly worn, no reason they didn’t replace them. They’ve got more than one review on different platforms stating similar issues: being sold a used car w lots of problems they “covered up” or ignored. They don’t contact you when they say they will & customer safety mean NOTHING to them. Stay far away, absolutely disgusting. Original: Do not purchase from their used car lot, if I could give them less than one star I would. We bought a used 2020 Honda Odyssey from them. Had it die on me in the middle of the road a week after purchasing with my kids in the car. Called my salesman Danni to find out what needs to be done because there was obviously something wrong with it, was told it was his top priority only to not hear from him for 2 days…I was the one who reached back out to him. I did my own research and found out it had the original battery in it and it’s going bad, and it had a recall on the fuel pump that was not disclosed to us at purchase. This car very well could have turned off at any point driving it, causing us to be in an accident. While maybe not illegal to sell a car with a recall and not disclose it, it is EXTREMELY unethical. I reached back out to Danni and told him about the recall and then told him I felt it was only right that they put a new battery in the car as they charged me a $1200 “reconditioning fee” for the car that is supposed to cover the basic maintenance and cleaning that needed to be done on the car. When we got the car home after purchasing it and started moving the seats there was French fries under all the seats and trash in the center console, so they only surface detailed it to begin with. So I asked that they either refund me the $1200 or put in a new battery. Danni agreed that was a reasonable thing to ask and said he’d call me back after speaking to his manager. Again, didn’t hear from him the rest of the day. I called the next day and asked to speak to a manager, and ended up speaking with John. He agreed to the new battery and to detail the car since it wasn’t clean to begin with. We had to go back in today to sign some paper they left out and John and Danni took the car to detail it while we were signing papers, they told us it might take an hour and we said that was fine. We waited close to 2 hours only for the manger John to come out and say they’re really busy detailing and they’d just detail it when they put in the battery…we sat there for all that time (with our 2 young children) for them to do nothing to the car. Wasted my husband’s day off, for them to do nothing. I had to go chase John down to ask how we were supposed to get back our keys and car since they had both of them in the back, had I not asked I fully believe we’d still be sitting there waiting. I keep being told by the manager John and Danni that “they’ll schedule the service to be done” but no one is actually scheduling anything they just keep saying they’ll do it. I don’t have high hopes at ALL that they’ll actually deliver on the things they’re saying they’ll do bc all I’ve got thus far is a lot of talk and absolutely no action. I can’t even get a call back when they say they’ll call back. I can’t even begin to explain how absolutely disgusted I am with this dealership and how they do business. I will absolutely not recommend this dealership to anyone, they do not value their customers safety or their quality of work More
