Dealer did not honor contracted lease buyout price, upcharged the contracted amount by over 1,000, added multiple dealer fees, inflated standard fees. Launched complaint with Federal consumer protectio upcharged the contracted amount by over 1,000, added multiple dealer fees, inflated standard fees. Launched complaint with Federal consumer protection agency, with all documented details. Aweful docusign experience, wrong vin number, wrong drivers license number, wrong date of birth, delayed remittance to audi financial, causing them follow up with me numerous times as they didnt get their payoff timely. Seems chaos and confusion is part of the game they are running. Would never buy another audi, ...ever. More
