Out of town emergency! Was traveling from MI back to NC and had a flat tire approx 20 miles north of Columbus. Changed out to the spare doughnut and limped into the city. Hot a hotel and was able to get to Byers Imports when the service center opened. They had 2 tires, and got me in right away. 1 he later I was good to go, and they even have me a tire pressure gauge to keep for future issues. In with a trade, out with new in less than 1.5 hours! Cannot praise this dealership enough. I've bought dozens of cars in my life and every time was an exhausting, frustrating, many hours long process. Enter Byers. They had the car I wanted at the price I wanted. They had serviced it, polished it inside and out, and had it gleaming, on perfect condition, and ready for me to take home. They assessed my trade while I test drove the new vehicle and gave me what I needed for it. They processed the paperwork, accepted my check for the loan I had secured through my own bank, showed me the ins and outs of all the electronics of my new car, including setting up bluetooth with my phone, and had me out the door in less than an hour and a half! It has been many months now since that purchase and I am so very pleased not only with this car that I totally love, but the very positive experience I had with Derek and the Byers dealership itself. I was treated like gold and I absolutely will look to this specific dealer first for my next car. They were THAT positive to do business with. 10/10 would recommend! (Side note: my purchase was for a Buick Verano, not Audi. There was no website option for Buick) More
