I was assured that the snow tires on my previous Audi would fit the new car. I bought the car and scheduled a service appointment the next business day. Service called at 4:30PM to let me know neither the rims or tires fit. I followed up with the dealer staff who told me the tires would fit, let them know of the situation and asked for advice. Things went well until the manager (Mike) came over, who immediately played stupid, back pedaled and did his best to avoid any accountability, understanding or attempt to provide even basic customer service. He actually asked why I'd expect dealer staff to know if tires from one Audi would fit on another Audi! When I stated that I expected staff at an Audi dealer to know about the cars they sell, he then stated that although I was TOLD the tires and rims would fit that I wasn't PROMISED that the tires would fit! I was in complete disbelief. Mike was trying to defend dealer staff giving bad advice by saying that since didn't PROMISE me that they'd fit, so apparently it was OK? I left the dealer with a new car, but enormously dissatisfied with management who was more interested in damage control, responsibility avoidance than customer service. More

My last experience was the worst. They kept my car almost two weeks, double charged me for what they failed to diagnose two other times an d they refused to give me loaner. This is my second new Audi from Byers Imports and Larry Hobbs. I live in Vermont and couldn't get a local dealer to return my call. Larry was happy to help me custom order my new Q3 by phone. The shuttle took me to a restaraunt so I could have some lunch. By the time I got back the oil was changed, the brake fluid serviced and the car was washed. Check out was as easy as signing my name and I was on my way. Everyone was very nice and helpful explaining the process since it was all new to me. More

Having already owned a Tesla I was impressed by how well she understood EVs. She kept me well informed throughout the ordering process and was able to expedite my order by finding the exact car I was looking for from another dealer and get it two months early. The day I picked it up she had everything ready so we wasted no time waiting. She did a very thorough job of orienting me to the car and committed to answering my questions anytime one comes up.
