I totally trust him with my decision process on buying, servicing and selling my cars. He is not only my trusted Audi salesman but he has become a friend....I love the new Audi showroom and the service has been great. I highly recommend Trey and Byers for whatever vehicle one wants to purchase..or at least a ride to the airport...lol!! More

I was hit with an $11K bill that I was told I would not receive on an early lease turn in? I made this very clear to Mike and he lied to me and my wife. I was sincerely impressed with the approach, speed and professionalism of the ENTIRE team on the floor, after being the premium cars owner for many years I have seen and dealt with a fair number of premium brand dealerships and Byers Audi of Columbus definitely stands out and its team makes all the difference. Special thanks to Eric Friend, the Service Director of Byers Audi for the personal approach when working with customers and assembling the great team, it was my true pleasure to work with Ellis Sorrell, an Audi Service Advisor and his assistants who made the entire servicing experience so focused and enjoyable. Parts Advisor Jason Sparks was very helpful in providing a great insight into parts and accessories and delivering them in a timely manner, exactly as ordered. Also for me it was important to get a detailed technician’s “hands-on” opinion on my car’s condition and Adam Frantz who took care of my vehicle, did an outstanding job of walking me around the service bay (the whole service area looked VERY tidy btw) and answering my questions at length – really appreciate it. Finally the last but not the least – it feels truly great to get your car back SPOTLESS clean and detailed. So the provided quality complimentary wash on every visit is totally worth it and Jaime, the detailing specialist, is my go to guy when I need that car shine. PS: The dealership interior and condition is very nice, the waiting space could have been a little bit cozier but it is not off–putting in any way. The loaner vehicles are brand new, super clean and the dealership does it best to match the loaner class to your own. Bottom line is, if you have a premium vehicle or just like your car to be well taken care of, definitely go to Byers Audi of Columbus (Byers Imports). More
They broke my car I recently relocated to Columbus. Took my Audi in for the 35K service. They refused to replace the part they broke. They broke my car and didn't offer any reasonable fix. Such a miserable service center. Shop around before you too learn the hard way. People warned me, but I ignored them. More
I would never buy a car from this dealership again Not only did the dealership rip me off on my trade-in, it sold me a "certified" used Audi Q5 that fell apart twice within the first three months. The second time, I was left stranded in a parking lot of an elementary school with my two young children when the Audi would not shift into any gear. After I had it towed to the local dealership and waited three days, I learned that the problem was a nut that had come loose from the gear shaft and paralyzed the entire system. I guess the certification process actually caused the problem. By the way, as I was negotiating the purchase of the car, I was told it had a navigation system. Four hours later, after sitting in the dealership all afternoon while the salesman found reasons to keep me and my family there (we were from out of town), as I was getting ready to leave with the newly purchased car, I asked how to use the navigation system, and I learned there wasn't one on that car! Oops, sorry, said the salesman. But isn't the car great anyway? Plus, the deal I got was so great, the lack of the navigation system did not really affect the price. Really? STAY AWAY. What amazes me is that the dealership still sends me emails about their sales. I complained to them for about a year after the purchase of my car (to no avail). Isn't that just clueless and stupid? I sold the Audi I bought from Byers three months after I bought it. I lost about $5000 in the deal all together. I will never ever go there again. And I tell everyone I know to never go there. Now I am telling you. Please listen. The worst experience I have ever had in my 35 years of buying cars. More
