I had received superior customer service previously and I was hesitant about dealing with a new dealership, but I really liked the Q7 and it was on my short list of vehicles to test drive after doing some online research. I stopped in to Byers to test drive and I had an awesome experience. Rachel was our salesperson and I feel like we hit the jackpot with her. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and responsive. We enjoyed our test drive but didn't see a vehicle that had the color and option combination that we wanted. Rachel tirelessly worked to try to "trade" another dealership for a vehicle that met our desires, and when that wasn't successful, she ordered us one. Rachel kept us updated via text messages and emails throughout and has repeatedly went above and beyond my expectations. I not only ended up with a superior vehicle and superior customer service (even after bringing my Q7 back for car washes) but I know I can call or text Rachel anytime with a question and she will get back to me promptly with an answer. Mike was also great to work with. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone! It's like working with friends - and definitely not like the stereotypical car-buying experience. More

I don't think they took me serious Louis Smith was easy to do business with but I doubt that I'd go back to this location if I ever buy another Audi. I started a deal on one day but had to finish the next day because the manager took the car that I wanted to buy home. I had to come back the next day to get my car because he didnt want to come back what the F!!!. I felt that was rude or they didnt take me serious about wanting the or worse thought that I I couldnt afford the car. It left me with a bad feeling I wasnt happy/excited like I should have been I wanted to call the whole thing off and take my business some place else. They had already ran my credit so i went ahead with the deal. More

She's amazing and has always taken such good care of us. This is our 3rd Audi and I also have purchased 2 Porsche's and a Jag from this dealership. They always have been great to work with at purchase and service. Rachel's attention to Customer service is second to none and her friendly, helpful attitude is really appreciated. She's always available for me and answers my calls! As I was considering what car to replace my 2014 E class convertible, even if I hadn't gotten an Audi, I'd most likely have gotten something from Byers due to their service and follow through - everyone I've come in contact with is great! The negotiations for a decent price was also relatively painless even though I am not sure we settled on a reasonable price. We didn't care much since you only had the car we were looking for. So I have to say it was acceptable. The sales person was very friendly and forthright in her dealings and was a pleasure to deal with. She was also very knowledgeable about the car. Overall it was a very good experience. I would recommend this dealership to my friends. On a scale of 1-10 I would give you an 8. More
