Car Scratched During Service-NO Ownership I picked up my Audi from it’s 35k service today and found a deep 1.5” scratch on the hood on the drivers side. When pointed out, I was told it had to be an old scratch because there was dirt in it and that even if they had checked it before I left it, the scratch was so small they never would have noted it. I was floored and so angry, I left. I tried to phone the service manager once I returned home and have yet to hear back from him. I’ve purchased 3 Audi’s from this dealer and am shocked & appalled at the lack of ownership or even the courtesy of a return/ follow up phone call. I won’t be using this dealership anymore. More
