I made an em It truly has been nice and easy to purchase my new Audi A4. After reading Consumer Reports, it sounded as if the A4 was the car for me. I made an email inquiry which Trey Latham responded to within a short time. I wanted to drive the car and did that the very next morning. After, Trey and I talked about the features I wanted in my car. Meanwhile my old car which I was trading in was evaluated. I was asked how serious I was about making a deal and I made it clear that I was very serious. We agreed on a price and the car I wanted was at a dealership near Cleveland. That afternoon I got the $$ from my credit union, emailed Trey and found out that all had been approved. I drove home my new car the very next afternoon. Trey helped me figure out how to use some of the car’s features. He even came to my home to sync my garage door opener. Two days ago I had a punctured tire and took my car to Byers. I had purchased the wheel/tire package. And the tire was replaced ... less than a month after I’d bought the car! I appreciate the excellent service I’ve received in the very short time I’ve owned the car. More

I test drove both vehicles and on my second trip out to Byers - I chose the Crosstrek vehicle over the VolvoXC40. Overall great deal on SUV, most bang for your buck when comparing my other options (BMW and Volvo). This is my first Subaru (previously owned Audi A4 and BMW 3 series) - I’m very happy with the purchase, price and warranty options. All of the tech and features, smooth and comfortable riding experience, still peppy even without turbo/less horsepower than my previous car and decent handling. Also great overall design exterior & interior !! Sporty/Elegant/Fun design of the Crosstrek definitely changed my previous perception of the brand. I look forward to using the vehicle for adventures/hiking/rock climbing trips with my partner & our 2 dogs.
