He answered all my questions and was very patient. I really appreciated his level of service. If I had to say one thing that I would change would’ve been more transparency about the add-on features available and the costs of those. We had already decided on a down payment that put the lease payment at where I needed it to be. But then when I spoke with the finance guy there were these add ons (tire protection, scotch guard, etc) that made my payment higher. I would have put more down to keep the payment lower when adding these things on. Or I would’ve paid for them outright if this was an option.
