Dropped off: no flooded taillight 48 hours later Picked up: water flooded taillight The service manager took ~$100 off of the almost $600!!! quote to fix my damaged taillight ($300 on ebay, possibly not OEM), while suggesting that the damage was caused due to "age" (<40kmiles, 2012 A6 Quattro)... not concerned that he had complete possession of my vehicle and that zero issues were had in the last 2+ years. I never understood why you avoid the dealership until dealing with these guys... Thankfully I have timestamped pictures or I'd have been fleeced for $500! Stay VERY far away from their service department. More
