We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. We did work with this customer however we were undable to satisfy their request. Simply the Certified Pre Owned car they purchased with 25,000 miles needed a belt replaced after 1 week of ownership. Our salesperson offered the customer to have our Service Department repair the issue. The customer complained that it was too long of a drive from Charlotte to Columbia (1 hour) Our salesperson directed them to another Audi dealership in Charlotte (a competitor) After the work was complete the customer requested a conference call with myself and the salesperson to discuss the issue. During the 2 hour call it was evident by the tone and inappropriate language by the customers we would be unable to resolve anything. During this time I politely explained 3 times that the conversation wasn't progressing and needed to end. At the 3rd time I ended the conversation. We offered to have Audi of America inspect the car at our expense as well as confirm the 100,000 mile warranty on the car that was in addition to the remaining 25,000 miles of the new car warranty. At the time of purchase the customer claimed that they could purchase the same car in Charlotte at our competitor for $4,000 less, however they purchased our car. We are unable to determine what the reasoning is behind the negative feedback from this customer. However we have still been in contact and working towards having an Audi representative inspect the car for their piece of mind. Regards, Jason Branham General Manager

This situation is very unique, we never transacted business with this customer nor sold her the car she has an issue with. She asked us to replace a part on her Audi under warranty that doesn't qualify to be replaced. We did contact Audi on her behalf and Audi also denied the claim and asked the customer to return to her selling dealer to resolve the issue. We are very sorry we couldn't help in this situation however we would not put our franchise at risk. Sincerely, Jason Branham General Manager

We have attempted on several occasions to solve your concern and have been unsuccessful to do so. All we have asked is to inspect the vehicle and ascertain what repairs are needed. The windshield repair company refused to charge us for their services due to the fact their technician found no problems with the windshield. Our offer was to replace the windshield upon inspection if it needed replaced. We also made the offer to purchase the vehicle from you for a full refund because of your dissatisfaction. Our every offer has been rejected, so at this time unfortunatley we are unable to resolve the situation. As for our sales associate, as you can plainly see by all the reviews Chris Arthur is a consumate professional and highly regarded and as a matter of point was recommended to your by another highly satisfied consumer whose review can be read on this page.
