When you buy an Audi you expect the top level customer service that comes with the name. Phil long absolutely dose not provide that. I have been promised multiple call backs for issues with their checks clearing the bank for my trade in. I was given the run around and excuse after excuse for not addressing my concerns. “It’s the end of the month”, “all the managers are away from their desk” these are the excuses that they told me over and I was promised on 3 separate occasions for someone to call me back and that never happened. No one took ownership of the issue and returned my call. I would not recommend them for purchasing a luxury car just drive to Denver to be treated well. The free water bottles and coffee does not make up for the terrible experience they provide. More
