I have been licensed and driving since 1999, but I have never had a better experience while my car was being serviced. The lounge was complete with comfortable upholstery, flatscreen televisions, Starbucks coffee machine, a myriad of pastries and a free fridges stocked with bottled water. Everyone was courteous and professional. Brian was my advisor and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Although I passed on the complimentary shuttle ride I appreciated the offer. Everything was texted to me including videos of what my car needed extra attention on. Never felt rushed or like they were trying to price gouge. It was the best service experience I have had in my lifetime. To top it off, I left my backpack on accident and they contacted me and kept it safe until I returned. I can’t say enough good things about this place. More

Horrible Rip Off I purchased all thses packages and when my car needed to use them I get all this bull stating we dont see that you paid for this and that. Phil Long Audi service continues to be embarrassing I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out, to replace an airbag due to a recall. I got a text 1 hour before my appointment stating that my airbag was no I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out, to replace an airbag due to a recall. I got a text 1 hour before my appointment stating that my airbag was no longer in stock, perhaps given to someone else, and they would call me back in an hour or so if they locate another one. After not hearing from them, I called 2 hours later and asked if we should bring the car in that day or not. I was told, "probably not but they would call me back". A week later I called and made another appointment for the airbag and dropped the car off at about 930Am; I got a call at 5pm stating that they were still trying to get to it but it may not be ready until the next day. I picked up the car the next morning and the work was done, but they recommended I replace the Cabin air filter for ? 250.00. I bought one for 23 bucks and installed it in about 5 minutes. Interestingly, I had the same experience with this service department about 4 years ago with another A4 and had 4 visits to replace a faulty air bag; each time they got the wrong one in. Maybe it's just an " airbag/ Dealership " kind of thing ? More
