"Very first Audi and loving it"!!!!!! Crown Audi was the perfect match for me. I came in late on a Friday night about an hour before closing and still got to test drive. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the Q7 that I wanted so bad. He located the car of my choice from another dealer and by Wednesday I was on the road in my new 2015 Q7 3.0T black on black. Everyone at the dealership that I came in contact with from Scott Stobie to Preston Rogers that handle my trade in and purchasing paper work was fantastic. I was introduce to Mandy in service and she was really sweet and encourage me to never pay for a car wash again to just stop by and get my car wash. She is very patient and the finance lady Phyllis was very respectful of my privacy that even though I don't have a perfect credit, not once was did she make me feel bad unlike other car dealership out there. Excellent service which is a definite must if you own Audi I had a 2011 Q5 that I enjoyed other than it being over engineered and quirky. Since I spent a a lot of time with it in Service I got to know Steve a I had a 2011 Q5 that I enjoyed other than it being over engineered and quirky. Since I spent a a lot of time with it in Service I got to know Steve and Mandy well. They are excellent people and truly want to make things right with the customer. That involved quite a bit since the MMI went out the first week I owned it, it consumed oil and needed new rings and timing belt at 68,000 miles. Indicator lights intermittently going on and off. Never found out why. I would never buy another Audi, but not because of service at Crown. More

New Delivery Experience I picked up my car on a Saturday and I appreciate the help from Curt as he described that normally cars do not get delivered on those days.
