I found the perfect vehicle for Theresa online and submitted a online request for information. Oddly I did not hear form a salesman but more importantly. I received a response from the Used Car Manager Steve and from the General Manager David. The response from the General Manager relay got my attention, you see I am a very happy repeat customer. As soon as I spoke to David, he immediately had Steve call and we were all in good shape. Since both Theresa and I work long and odd hours,We were not able to get to the dealership until late in the even, after closing time. The only people there were the cleaning guys and Bradley. When Bradley greeted us, he was very warm, gracious and more than happy to help. I have spent many years in sales and training salespeople. Bradley presented himself as a solutions oriented professional consultant. Ready to take care of Theresa and myself, in anyway needed. Bradley was very direct and honest with us, giving us accurate answers when he had them and telling us "I don't know but I will go find out" if he was unsure. We both had a great buying experience, that included the entire team. Your used car manager Steve was great with the numbers and David the general manager absolutely put the ball into motion and followed through. This was my 2nd purchase and Theresa's 1st purchase from Crown. It will not be our last. From now own. you guys will be the very first place that we go when we need a new or used car or truck.
