Excellent Service Had my 55k mile maintenance. Love my Q5 and need to keep it in good shape. However after the service my car started acting up in regards to missing Had my 55k mile maintenance. Love my Q5 and need to keep it in good shape. However after the service my car started acting up in regards to missing - thinking it was spark plug issue. Even though doing the service they did not put in spark plugs, they went ahead and made it right. They put in new spark plugs and now we are running smooth. I had informed them it was worse when the car was cold so they kept the car overnight just to make sure the issue was resolve. All the time Bill at the Service Desk was communicative. Great communication and follow through! Excellent Service! More
