It was a bad day personally and I was trying to do my best to be upbeat and cheery. Shawn saw I was upset and although it had nothing to do with my car, he sat down, offered to listen and asked if I minded if he gave me a hug. I felt so much better. Your employees not only are excellent but they act and look professional and truly care about the customer. In about an hour, my car was fixed and a part of me felt fixed too!
