She was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable of the Audi mod My family and I enjoyed visiting Audi Clearwater and working with Jessica Ferraro. She was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable of the Audi models. We have had our share of working with several dealerships over the years and owned Audi before, and Jess was a breath of fresh air to work with. Very positive attitude, great service and accommodating. We test drove a Q5 and then went back to test drive an A3 and an A4. When she didn't know an answer she took me to the right person to speak with, which tells me that she is sincere and resourceful. She even stayed way after closing to work with us and kept saying "it's no trouble at all" when we asked about the time. Thank you Jess! More
