Looking for a Second Car We came to look at a particular car we found on line. The salesman, Steve Yeager could not have been any nicer. It took some time to locate the car b We came to look at a particular car we found on line. The salesman, Steve Yeager could not have been any nicer. It took some time to locate the car but Steve never gave up and walked the whole sales lot until he found it. It needed a bit of body work so it was in back. Steve was very knowledgeable and took the time to go over the entire car with us. He answered all our questions and introduced us to the service manager regarding the work needed on the car. The service manager, Shawn Burns assured us the car would not be sold if it did not meet the Crown dealership standards. They honored all the work we discussed, communicated with us during the process and we could not be any happier. The staff was friendly, you could easily tell service was a priority and the snacks were high class! Even though we only bought a used car, we were treated royally. More

My situation was not tough. but I am not the easiest person to work with. Alex made the whole experience easy and the process was a breeze and really stress free. Alex worked with me via text as if I were sitting at his desk and that made it easy for me. He listened to what I was looking for and ensured I had the vehicle I wanted. Alex worked hard to make sure my buying experience was easy for me. He took me through the car and helped me get everything set up and thoroughly went through the car’s options and technology. I highly recommend Audi of Clearwater and that recommendation is due to the great experience I have had with the team in the dealership, but most of all Alex Bean and Natali Wood in finance. Great first time Dealership purchase went Great! I showed up to the dealership and was very nicely greeted by David Nevels who helped me with any questions I had. I have always been hesitant to spea I showed up to the dealership and was very nicely greeted by David Nevels who helped me with any questions I had. I have always been hesitant to speak to salesman at dealerships because of the shady high pressure tactics they always have, but this is the last thing David is like. He helped me find the car I wanted and said to me repeatedly that I should not settle for the cars on their lot if it was not what I really wanted. He gave my friend and I a test drive and we had some great laughs, such a great guy to deal with we ate a ton of complementary chocolates with him. This was the first time I have purchased from a dealership as I usually get a bad feeling when I feel like I'm being lied to or pressured to buy something, not the case with David by any means. I bought an Audi A3 2017 and he helped me with everything I needed, I felt bad he stayed and hour after close and still had a smile on his face. Because of David my friend is now considering an Audi RS5 which is interesting because he is a BMW fanatic who had an M3. All he talks about now is the RS5. Can't wait for us to go back and test drive that bad boy. Thanks David and Ted! More

Bill Moore is the best there is Wife went online to schedule appointment for a sunroof screen problem, covered under warranty. Also wanted to balance tires. She did this around 7:45 AM, was able to get appointment for 9 AM the same day. I took it to Bill Moore, who we have had excellent experience with in the past resolving an issue. Once again, I was not disappointed. He got me a great loaner vehicle. Explained everything very well. And kept me informed on the progress. Excellent employee. It represents the Audi brand well! More
