Her product knowledge, enthusiasm and service mentality far exceeded any of the other salespersons I dealt with . She listened carefully to what I had in mind and my specific needs. She then got together with Jean-Marc "JB" Biewand, General Sales Manager, and together they found a car that fit perfectly. JB made me a very an offer which I knew from my research was very competitive. I bought the car, a Q5, and couldn't be more pleased. Jess ensured that I understood all the bells and whistles and made the buying process a breeze. She is a superstar sales person in the making.
