Came for the oil change, stayed for repairs I would like to thank the sales and service department. I was looking at a new car and was discussing the next big service interval on my current 201 I would like to thank the sales and service department. I was looking at a new car and was discussing the next big service interval on my current 2013 A5 Cab, specifically the timing chain replacement, to determine the cost benefit of replace verses maintain. Rodney explained that they can check the timing chain life via computer and offered to do so at the next oil change. By running the check, I discovered I was at the limit and needed a new chain. Having that information allowed me to make a very informed decision on if to repair or replace the vehicle. Service also found the water pump needed to be replaced that was covered under warranty. Also, having the loaner car during the time to repair was fantastic. More
