good experience i walked into the dealership unannounced on the suggestion of a customer service representative by phone conversation and email contact. a local gara i walked into the dealership unannounced on the suggestion of a customer service representative by phone conversation and email contact. a local garage came to my house and replaced the battery in my audi a4 and the entertainment system went into 'safe' mode because the garage did not replace the old battery quickly enough. i contacted audi as suggested in the vehicle book and the representative was most helpful and polite. after the first call he said to take the car to the audi dealer and they would 'unlock' the entertainment system. i explained that i would like to do it following the instructions in the manual, if he would provide more information. he did. he emailed instructions on how to unlock the system. i found and purchased the tools needed to remove the radio so the indentification number could be given to the customer service contact and he could provide the four digit number used to unlock the system. i could not do that so i thanked him for his help. again he told me to take the car to the dealership and they would do the work. so i walked into the dealership and spoke to chris, at the customer service desk. he said the job could be done then and asked me if there was anything else needed. i explained that there were a couple of things to fix and chris said they could be done then and gave me the cost. i chose to have the oil changed and declined the other service after chris explained the procedure. the service was done, the entertaimentt system works and the oil was changed. chris explained the dash light for the abs system could not be reset without inspection and said i could schedule that whenever i wanted. i had not been to this dealer for five years or more. the service manager, rodney greeted me and asked how i was and how the audi a4 was doing. both chris and rodney were polite and helpful. i will return to the dealer in the future. the new building is very nice. tim dixon More
Very satisfied customer I came in for a low tire pressure light without an appointment, I was taken care of immediately. Came for the oil change, stayed for repairs I would like to thank the sales and service department. I was looking at a new car and was discussing the next big service interval on my current 201 I would like to thank the sales and service department. I was looking at a new car and was discussing the next big service interval on my current 2013 A5 Cab, specifically the timing chain replacement, to determine the cost benefit of replace verses maintain. Rodney explained that they can check the timing chain life via computer and offered to do so at the next oil change. By running the check, I discovered I was at the limit and needed a new chain. Having that information allowed me to make a very informed decision on if to repair or replace the vehicle. Service also found the water pump needed to be replaced that was covered under warranty. Also, having the loaner car during the time to repair was fantastic. More
