Chris Raudebaugh is an outstanding service advisor, and was spot on with the estimate, including fixing my door lock. Work was completed in about four hours, as promised. Outstanding communication, including voice and e-mail at the same time. By far the best Audi dealership in the city. Only place I trust with my 2013 A4. More
