I loved the complimentary car wash this Audi service department offered.. From my experience not all of Audi service departments do that.. I also had the pleasure of meeting Rodney and truly enjoyed our conversation.. As I was in the waiting room to get AdBlue put in my diesel it was fun watching the two front desk guys (Chris and Bob) truly enjoying their job and having a good time with their manager.. It really is great to see a place that looks like a fun place to work.. I have been to many Audi service departments nationwide from Ohio to California down to Florida and West Virginia and I constantly need to get AdBlue every few 1000 miles. Strangely I enjoy going to Audi service departments and this one is by far my very favorite one of them all.. If I lived in the Cincinnati area I would never go to any other Audi dealership no matter how far I had to drive.. unfortunately I was only passing through and on my way to Florida and they made my day of driving so much better..
