Falsely advertised that the car was Audi Certified when it wasn't according to AudiUSA. Big mess up on their part about sales tax since I purchased the car out of state - submitted to a collection agency a it wasn't according to AudiUSA. My car still isn't legally registered in Ohio because of their screw up - even after 4 months. Stay far away from this disfunctional/high employee turnover business. More
