Very good experience..worth traveling 2 hours to save money! I asked to use my credit card for the travel miles and was told I could only use 2500.. I paid 10K down. That was kind of disappointing. Very positive Experience My car was taken in and entered into the system as soon as I arrived. Steve, the service manager, was helpful in identifying a recall that was needed My car was taken in and entered into the system as soon as I arrived. Steve, the service manager, was helpful in identifying a recall that was needed for my car and also checking past maintenance records. He went over the maintenance service I requested and inquired about my ride home. He called promptly at the time he said he would when the car was ready and reviewed the work performed with me when I returned. One of the service items was not needed and so that was deducted from the original service request. The experience was very positive and I plan to return in 10k miles.. More
