Serviced Vehicle My service(oil change) was due on my vehicle and I scheduled the service online, which I requested a loaner vehicle as well. I was very worried that my request for a loaner vehicle would not be fulfilled as requested, due to previous visits to the dealership and they were not met. When I met Austin (first time today, he was very pleasant greeted me with a smile. He was professional, and very easy going. He informed me of the timeframe of my service and my loaner car was ready. I was so pleased with that one small request, it truly made my day and turned my negative experiences into a positive one. I thanked Austin for his effort, and I told him I hope he stays in the service department, good employees makes all the difference in the world. More
