Easiest Decision we've made! We came to test drive an Atlas VW with the intention that we'd buy a vehicle within the next few months. We're expecting our first baby and we needed something that fit our new needs. As soon as we got to the dealership, Sarah approached us with a very kind and calm demeanor and we instantly felt that we were in good hands. She was so helpful and easy to be around and really made us feel that the decision to buy this car was up to us. We felt no pressure from her (which has not been our typical experience when buying a car) and because of that, we actually decided that we couldn't drive off the lot without buying a new 2019 Atlas VW. After our purchase, she even took the time to go over with us all the features in the car, which was so helpful! We were so thankful to have met Sarah and can't recommend her more - I won't let anyone I know buy a VW or Audi without buying it through Sarah :) More

Excellent Experience at Audi Chattanooga I initially met with Brent and, since he was with customers the following day, I worked with Jeff. Something that really impressed me is that neither I initially met with Brent and, since he was with customers the following day, I worked with Jeff. Something that really impressed me is that neither Brent nor Jeff pressured me to purchase a car. They allowed me to look at my leisure but were available to answer questions as needed. Jeff and I spent quite a while looking online at other vehicles in the region to ensure that I would be pleased with the vehicle that I ultimately purchased. I never felt pressured nor rushed, and despite my many questions, Jeff took the time to answer each until I felt comfortable. This is my third Audi, and I plan to return. I love the vehicles, and the dealership offers an experience that certainly exceeds that from other dealerships. More
