Everyone from the receptionist, to the salesman, to the finance managers were fantastic! We had a wonderful car buying experience! Our salesman, Gary Parsley, was amazing! He was never pushy with us to purchase a vehicle. He allowed us to look around the lot, showed us multiple vehicles, let us do our research on our favorites, and then let us drive our favorite. He made the process of buying a vehicle so easy! The finance managers were very efficient- making the paperwork part stress-free. Gary went above and beyond to help us through our car buying experience! He made sure we understood he would always be available if we had questions with our Q5. Not many salesmen will do that! Happy new convertible owner! We had been looking at convertibles for about 3 months and when we made it to Astorg there were several vehicles to drive and choose from. Jerry "Mate We had been looking at convertibles for about 3 months and when we made it to Astorg there were several vehicles to drive and choose from. Jerry "Mate" Flynn was our salesman and he was patient with us and very informative about the cars and our choices. Mate was even able to take our Harley Davidson as a trade in, which we were nicely surprised about. Once we made the decision, then we met with Jasper, and within hours we were driving off with our new Audi A5 Cabriolet convertible!! This has been a very pleasant buying experience and we feel we have made new friends too. More
