I want to start by giving huge credit to Lucas he was absolutely fantastic. Lucas made the entire buying process smooth, transparent, and stress free. If you’re shopping here, Lucas is the reason to do it. Unfortunately, my experience with Audi Chantilly as a dealership was extremely disappointing. The day after I purchased the car, it was impounded because the vehicle was not properly registered when I left the lot. This is a basic, critical responsibility of the dealership, and it should never happen especially on a brand name luxury purchase. Being pulled over and having a newly purchased car impounded less than 24 hours after delivery due to dealership error is unacceptable. It caused unnecessary stress, time loss, and inconvenience that completely overshadowed what should have been a positive experience. To be clear: this issue was not caused by Lucas, and he deserves zero blame. The failure was entirely on the dealership’s processing and management side. Unfortunately, Audi Chantilly as a Penske automotive dealership completely failed. Less than 24 hours after purchasing my car, I was pulled over on a Maryland state highway at 2:00 AM, treated as if I were driving a stolen vehicle, placed in handcuffs, and had the car impounded all because the dealership failed to properly process the registration of the the vehicle before I left the lot. I was left stranded on the highway and was forced to call my 65 years old father with heart failure to drive from Virginia to Maryland in the middle of the night to pick me up. I then had to miss work the next day to return to the Audi dealership and fix their mistake. This was humiliating, emotionally distressing, and completely unacceptable especially for a Penske Automotive luxury brand. Again Lucas deserves zero blame. They admitted to the mistake, but everyone from the General Manager, Sai, on down the chain refuse to help fix the situation. It's been 10 months. Audi Corporate sucks too. Filed a report with them and haven't heard back from them either. We have left countless voicemails and sent endless e-mails with several of the employees, Office Manager (Colleen), Finance Manager (Wisam), Sales Manager (Hek) and the General Manager and get NO response. Even reached out the owner (Jason H) of the dealership and he won't respond. Getting to the dealership is not easy, but we have been a few times and what a surprise none of these people are working on the days we go. Buyer BEWARE. Do NOT buy from this dealership. More

The experience was great, I came in with my husband and 2 kids, off the back I was greeted by a sales person Mr. Bazil and got to work.
