My experience purchasing a 2020 Porsche Macan from Audi Chantilly in Virginia was nothing short of disappointing. An additional $2,000 was stealthily tacked onto the purchase price for supposed exterior and interior protection, a detail conveniently omitted until I was ready to sign on the dotted line. To compound matters, it was only after the purchase that I discovered a crucial component missing from the vehicle: the two mufflers essential for the vehicle to pass Maryland inspection. Despite the Carfax report boasting of no accidents and regular maintenance, the absence of these mufflers rendered the car unfit for inspection in my home state. Furthermore, the exhaust system itself had a leak, casting doubt on the dealership's claims of thorough inspection. While my salesman, Nasser, was initially responsive to texts and calls, any hope of customer satisfaction quickly dissipated. The dealership's refusal to take responsibility for the vehicle's deficiencies speaks volumes about their commitment to customer care. To add insult to injury, the cost of bringing the vehicle up to Maryland inspection standards amounted to a staggering $7,900. Shockingly, Audi Chantilly only agreed to cover a measly 20% of this expense, leaving me to foot the majority of the bill. In conclusion, my experience with Audi Chantilly was nothing short of a costly mistake. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this dealership to anyone looking to spend their hard-earned money on a vehicle. Proceed with caution, and if you do choose to purchase from Audi Chantilly, I implore you to bring along a trusted mechanic to avoid falling victim to their deceptive practices. More
