The actual buying of the car was fine, when we went through finance, this is when our dealings with this dealership quickly soured. The finance person who said they worked with our credit union, and he through finance, this is when our dealings with this dealership quickly soured. The finance person who said they worked with our credit union, and he would submit all the necessary paperwork to our lending institution, to secure our loan. The finance person dragged his feet in sending the paperwork to our credit union and we ending getting financed through a bank of their choice. We ended up refinancing the loan through our credit union, where my daughter was able to get the loan without a cosignor. This was not the case, with the bank Audi of Chandler "chose" for us. More
We went to Audi to check out a used luxury car for our daughter. I had read Jim's name on Dealer Rater and he came highly recommended. We were not disappointed! Jim was extremely knowledgeable and highly professional. No pressure whatsoever. We decided to purchase the car and the entire buying process was handled very smoothly and professionally. Just about the time we were to take the car, a light came on the dashboard. Jim noticed that the car had a problem and told us that he wanted to get it checked-out before we took it. Long story short - the car had a problem that Audi fixed at their cost. This is totally unheard of and that is why if you are in the market for a car, you will want to call Jim at Audi Chandler before anyone else. My daughter loves the car and our buying experience was absolutely outstanding. More

When I found it necessary to purchase a new car my first consideration was the Audi. I contacted Jim Scritchfield, who was highly recommended by a friend of mine. I was most impressed with the way I was treated from the time I entered the dealership. Jim was so friendly and very professional. I felt comfortable right away. I took a test drive and loved the handling, features and style. I was very impressed with Jim's extensive knowlege. At no time during the purchase did I feel pressured and I can truly say this was a very pleasent buying experience. I really appreciate the time he took to go over all the features that I have with my Audi, sometimes more than once. Once I decided that this was the car for me he introduced me to the finance manager, Jack Serena. Jack went over all my finance options and with his help I was able to get financing that was great. The 1.9% interest rate was fantastic. Jack was very helpful and made the financing part so easy. I would recomend your dealership, Salesman, Jim Scritchfield and Jack Serena in finance to my family and friends. You have a great team and thanks for giving me the opportunity to express my appreaciation. More

I am a car enthusiast and at the age of 44 have owned at least a dozen vehicles; most higher end performance oriented cars. I have also lived in 25% of the states and dealt with car dealerships throughout least a dozen vehicles; most higher end performance oriented cars. My experience with Audi Chandler and my sales person was fantastic and I may even purchase my next vehicle from them as well, as I am contemplating a new Audi Q7. I purchased a used Porsche Boxster from them this time and what is more significant about my current and possible future purchase is that I reside almost 2400 miles away in Tampa, Florida. I saw the Boxster I wanted after searching for several months; made my purchase and drove the vehicle back home for a nice road trip stopping to visit family and friends. Clark even went above and beyond and called me along my return to see how my long drive was going and how I was enjoying the vehicle. My experience was perfect and I am truly considering making my next SUV purchase from them and doing a repeat of the road trip with my wife. Thanks again Clark for such a positive vehicle purchase experience. More

We knew exactly what we wanted in a car, and what we could afford. We came to Audi of Chandler after several weeks of (exhausting) car shopping. Jim was extremely friendly and helpful, and I don't think he once employed any of the high-pressure tactics you get in so many other dealerships. He simply sold me the car I wanted. In fact, we found exactly what we were looking for, but wanted some time to think it over. Even when we told Jim this, he didn't engage in the "buy it right now" approach found at so many other dealerships. He didn't play games, just gave us the facts. We couldn't have asked for a more refreshing experience in buying a pre-owned car. When we returned, the entire process, from price through financing was so painless I almost didn't realize when we were actually finished. Both sales and finance were the best experience in car buying I've had to date. If this is the way Audi of Chandler does all their business, I have no problem referring others to them, and can only hope they continue to grow so that more people can have such a pleasant experience. Audi of Chandler is one of the best car dealerships I have ever stepped foot in. From the moment I arrived over a month ago to take a look at the 2011 S4s to today when I finally made my purchase I was have ever stepped foot in. From the moment I arrived over a month ago to take a look at the 2011 S4s to today when I finally made my purchase I was treated with respect and professionalism by everyone there. I worked with Adora the whole time and would strongly recommend her to anyone that is looking to purchase a new/used Audi. I had previously owned a 2008 BMW 335 that I had purchased from Chapman BMW. In fact the BMW I had was special ordered with all my specifications and I paid close to sticker for it at that time. When I began looking for a new car my first instinct was to go back to BMW and check out he M3, well low and behold those at Chapman came off with a very elitest attitude and wouldn't give me the time or day let alone let me test drive an M3. After that poor service I drove across the street to Audi of Chandler and was greeted promptly and kindly by Adora. I let her know of my interest in a new S4 and she spent over 2 hours that first day going over all of the specs and features of the car along with a test drive. From that point on I knew my next vehicle was going to be an Audi just based on the exceptional customer service I received from Adora. Over the course of about a month Adora and I spoke back and forth via e-mail about the S4s. She was extremely responsive to all of my questions and inquiries via e-mail. We had finally struck a deal to the pricing and I brought my 335 in this afternoon to see what kind of trade-in I would get and hopefully walk out the door with a new S4. The starting offer wasn't exactly what I wanted but we eventually came do a terms and worked out an exceptional deal. The best part of it all was that not once did I ever feel pressured into buying the car. The whole time I felt very comfortable about the situation. Not once did I have to go through that regular dealership scenario of the sales manager coming to to give you a fake smile and shake your hand trying to negotiate all kinds of awkward deals, etc. I dealt with Adora the whole time and she was as pleasant as could be. When it came to signing the paperwork, I once again received exceptional service and was not pressured into any dealership add-ons like you usually experience at other dealerships. Once all of the paperwork was completed, Adora had my new Imola Yellow S4 all cleaned up and waiting for me in the delivery area. She then proceeded to spend another hour and a half with me going over all the ins and outs of the car, how the nav worked, how the voice recognition works, etc. I drove away from the dealership with a big smile on my face and feeling very confident about my new purchase.
