I have spoken with several of their staff and it has become clear to me that, due to the incredibly unusual circumstances that we are currently living in, mistakes were made and opportunities were missed. It happens . The important take away is that the dealership was quick to respond and correct the issues once they came to light. I look forward to working with them going forward. I have owned my Audi for 6 weeks and unfortunately have discovered that customer service after the sale is extremely poor. I have called them on two different occasions with paperwork issues. Upon taking delivery of my car I was given the standard line “if you have any questions or need anything please call”. As it turned out, I needed some information concerning my trade-in, specifically the certified odometer reading in order to cancel a service warranty. I called the sales person who never bothered to return my call. A few days later I contacted the dealership by email. I received a quick response and told them what I needed. I was assured that it would be sent immediately. It was not. I finally contacted the business manager who sent the needed paperwork. On 5/15/20 I contacted the dealership again because I had never received my AZ license plate and my temporary plate was set to expire on 5/16/20. I was told that I had to call back on 5/16/20. I called back only to be told that the business office is closed. I ask for a manager or someone who could help me and was transferred to a person who was out of the office. I called back again a asked to be connected with a person who was in the office who could help. After speaking to a sales person I was passed to a finance manager that told me that I should have been told not to call back until the day after my temp plate expires so could not be helped until tomorrow, which, of course is Sunday. So Monday it is. At this point I No longer trust them for service after the sale. I think I may have to find another dealership for maintenance. This dealership is far from “Penske perfect” More
Excellent service I have been to a few dealerships now, this one was my favorite for sure so far. Mr. James Brown has real interest in finding my specific interest and I have been to a few dealerships now, this one was my favorite for sure so far. Risky service I went to get the regular service interval but it took two days to get an oil change. I dropped it off at 8 am and it was not ready until a day later I went to get the regular service interval but it took two days to get an oil change. I dropped it off at 8 am and it was not ready until a day later and the dealer didn't even call to let me know it would be done late. I made a complaint about the treatment and the service provider had the nerve to say I should change where i drive which is none of his business. This is the worst audi service shop in the valley. I scheduled an appointment for a clear bra installation but at the ve Gabe Amaya gave me a great introduction to Audi Chandler with my new-to-me A5. I scheduled an appointment for a clear bra installation but at the very, very last minute added window tinting and some polishing work. No problem! He arranged everything plus a loaner for the day. The department manager doing the polish was not happy with the spot job. Gabe called and offered a super-duper three stage whole car polish for a reduced price. I simply could not be happier with Gabe’s suggestion since I think I can see middle earth reflected deep in my hood. The artistry used in both the clear bra and the window tinting is simply remarkable. When I returned to pick up my car I was forced to wear sunglasses just so I could look at it. Thanks Gabe! More
