I ordered a brand new 2011 TT in December. The car finally arrived today June 15, 2011. I have come to learn that Audi is behind on most of it's orders and 24 weeks is a standard time frame for a new finally arrived today June 15, 2011. This is my first Audi purchase and I purchased it from this dealership. Found the process to be relatively painless (as buying a car can be!). Everyone is so friendly and treats you like a queen. Drop off is simple, as is getting a loaner car. The prices are good considering maintaining an Audi isn't an inexpensive process. From the first phone call to book the AudiCare appointment, to the final signature, the whole process was seamless. I just got to AZ from Chicago, and I thought finding a dealer and getting maint appointment, to the final signature, the whole process was seamless. I just got to AZ from Chicago, and I thought finding a dealer and getting maintenance was going to be difficult. Not the case with Chandler Audi. They gave me a timeslot that fit my schedule and provided me with a rental. My car was worked on and delivered back to me as promised, washed and ready to drive another 10,000 miles. While I'm out in AZ, there's no other dealership that I will go to aside from Chandler Audi. They do it right. More
