BUYER BEWARE-I purchased a CPO from this dealer and the Audi Care maintenance package, even financed through Audi. All scheduled maintenance completed. The vehicle had approx. 32k miles when purchased and Audi Care maintenance package, even financed through Audi. All scheduled maintenance completed. The vehicle had approx. 32k miles when purchased and supposedly was thoroughly gone through during final service at 51k. Miraculously right after the final service I had several major issues with the vehicle that I put only approx. 20k miles on since owning it. Motor mounts and control arms should not be going out on any vehicle at 55k. Additionally, all radiator hoses needed replaced. Audi Chandler Service Manager never spoke to me and the dealer took absolutely no accountability for selling me a vehicle that should not have been a CPO. Audi declined to assist with repairs which I had to request on my own. I have owned BMW’s, Honda’s, Acura’s , Nissan’s, and Lexus in the past but Audi has been by far the most disappointing manufacturer with customer service and vehicle reliability . I can’t wait to be done with Audi and will do business with anyone besides them. The vehicle is cheap and is no comparison to its competitors such as BMW. It was an absolute joke. It was a typical bait-and-switch: Everything was in order, and then, when I got to the dealership, they changed the interest rate and paperwork. To say that my experience was incredibly disappointing was an understanding. I inquired about a used car via the Autotrader website. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! The confusion begin. Yes, automated emails. Then the texting came. About an hour someone decided to call me. Very polite person called and I asked if the car had 2 keys and if they were going to repair the rear bumper. The car has an issue that I thought it was cosmetic based on the pictures. The person on the phone didn't really know what I was talking about and put me on hold. Came back and said that they were going to address the bumper issue and that the car was going to be removed from the internet. He offered to reduce the price but told him that I wanted to see the vehicle done first. The two keys question was answered this way: The used car manager is off and they didn't know if there was two keys or not. He informed that he would stay in touch. That was Monday. I kept checking online and the vehicle was still posted. This was a car for my son and he insisted in going there this morning to see the car. I called and talk with a sales manager and he indicated that the car was there and that they were not going to repair the bumper damage and that the car had one key. I told him that I would be going shortly to see the vehicle. This is how it gets better. We got there at about 11:00. We parked in front of the showroom. The entrance was on the side door. There was an employee at the door on the cell phone. We walked in and everyone was busy doing nothing. We looked around we were not acknowledged. We then went outside to see the car parked with the hope that someone would come and assist us. I was outside a good 10 minutes and nothing. We left. I was disappointed for my son. I never purchased a car from a Penske dealer but I was under the impression that the brand Penske meant something. Was I wrong. Two hours later I received a phone call from the dealer asking If I had any more questions. Horrible job at training their employees. What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!! Long story short, I would never go back and I'll share my experience with as many people as I can. I don't have time to write reviews, but this one really got on my nerves.
