I appreciated the updates and explanations of potential problems that need to be addressed. The Video reports are very helpful. There are no surprises. The work is completed in the timeframe expected, and my cars are returned clean and a pleasure to drive home. The loaner vehicles have all been beautiful cars. I live more than 100 miles away. But it is worth it to me to drive to Audi Chandler because of the excellent service I receive. From the person greeting me when I arrive to the ones who deliver my car back to me to drive away. I am delighted. More
