Most unorganized dealership I have ever dealt with. They have no experience in registration process with out of state cars. My brand new, leased eTron was accidentally totaled while being returned to my office after a service visit. Throughout the process, they were professional, helpful, and understanding about my disappointment and the obvious inconvenience.
