I am a Disabled Veteran who Purchased a used 2016 Range Rover from Chris at Audi Central. The vehicle was for my young niece who is a single mother and needed a large vehicle for her kids and work. First time it rained the vehicle flooded with water and caused $16,000 in damage. Spoke with Kevin the GM and his recommendation was to pay over $6000 (Land Rover was willing to help cover some of the cost - Not Kevin!)to Land Rover to fix the sunroof after paying over $5600 to fix the electronics. My insurance helped with the electronics, but not with the cause of the damage (sunroof). Kevin also offered to let me trade in the vehicle at a large loss (negative equity) and purchase a significantly less valuable vehicle from him so I could get close to my same payment. So he again could make more profit off of me. He said he would send the vehicle to auction where he doesn't have to disclose the damage (Shady)!!! Another reason not to trust Audi Central!!! Typical definition of Used Car Salesman. I hope they are proud of hurting a disabled veteran and young single mother. These guys pretend to be nice but true to form they are just another typical used car dealer. Being owned by Sonic Automotive I would have assumed they would do more to help their customers and make sure the vehicles they sell are in good condition. Well you know what they say about "assuming"! Save your money and your sanity and stay away from Audi Central!!!! More
