I just bought a car here a few days ago. At first, I planned to pay the rest and finance only 10k for 3 years term to help to build up new credit for my son. After I found out the interest is 17% annual for 72 months term to a new credit application without credit history, I decided not to finance but pay off the full amount instead. Then Heidi Montiel – Finance Manager showed her attitude very rude, unpolite, unprofessional and disrespect us. She slammed the papers on the table, and then walked out of the office without a word, or answering my question for “what should we do next?”. She walked out of the office in a very huff, and called out loud the name of the sale person and finger point at us. I have been as their loyal customer since 2016 and this is # 6 Audi my family had (3 of R8, 1 of A5, 1 of Q7). I always bought at the price they said. I didn't even negotiate for any penny. Before I came, I sent all the buyer's information. So that their office could prepare the documents. As we come, we just need to sign the paperwork’s, pay, pick up the key and leave because I do not want to waste any one time. I am a consumer. I come to this dealer to buy the car we like. I am not a beggar coming to this dealer and beg anyone for any favor. As a Finance Manager she should convince the customer somehow to make them to finance with the dealer. Besides, she needs to be honest when she explained what the 17% interest means, how much per monthly payment, what total interest amount for $10,000 loan in 72 months, etc… She explained it in a very vague and unclear way. I figured out the interest (my background is in accounting, finance and tax areas) almost double the original amount so I decided to pay off. Then she showed an unprofessional attitude right after that. I almost wanted to cancel the sale transaction because I can get the same Audi somewhere else. I just thought about the efforts that Yuri (Excellent Sale Person) worked on this sale therefore I still bought the car, I don't want to cut down a tree when only one branch is withered. If it were you, would you pay almost double the amount you borrowed while you could pay right now??? If it were you, would you come back to this dealer for another Audi??? More
I have bought two cars from Josh and Hunter in the last seven months and they have been very easy to work with. They did not pressure me to buy extras that I did not need nor want. They were able to iden seven months and they have been very easy to work with. They did not pressure me to buy extras that I did not need nor want. They were able to identify the car that would work best for me and then find it in a price point that work with my budget. Very thankful for the help that they provided. More
While the 2021 Audi R8 I purchased has been great, I would NEVER work with Joshua Quick again. As part of the deal, Audi owed me a 2nd key fob. Once the deal was done, going on several months now with n would NEVER work with Joshua Quick again. As part of the deal, Audi owed me a 2nd key fob. Once the deal was done, going on several months now with no key fob (not even one ordered), Joshua avoids my calls and emails. Won't call me back, and everybody I speak with at the dealership pushes me to the next person and then eventually back to Josh. The point is, Josh will happily stay right on top of a sale, but post sale support is absolutely non-existent. For that, my next step is an attorney to make this right. More

My sales person, Oscar, was great. I was undecided about the model I was going to buy. He showed me several vehicles. He let me test drive as many vehicles as I needed without makin I was undecided about the model I was going to buy. He showed me several vehicles. Once my purchase was done, he helped me with delivery of my old vehicle. Overall it was a great experience. More
