While the 2021 Audi R8 I purchased has been great, I would NEVER work with Joshua Quick again. As part of the deal, Audi owed me a 2nd key fob. Once the deal was done, going on several months now with n would NEVER work with Joshua Quick again. As part of the deal, Audi owed me a 2nd key fob. Once the deal was done, going on several months now with no key fob (not even one ordered), Joshua avoids my calls and emails. Won't call me back, and everybody I speak with at the dealership pushes me to the next person and then eventually back to Josh. The point is, Josh will happily stay right on top of a sale, but post sale support is absolutely non-existent. For that, my next step is an attorney to make this right. More

My sales person, Oscar, was great. I was undecided about the model I was going to buy. He showed me several vehicles. He let me test drive as many vehicles as I needed without makin I was undecided about the model I was going to buy. He showed me several vehicles. Bought car I thought was new - they bought it at auction. I found out only a few days before my temporary tag expired when I called them to see where my license plate was.
