When going through the fina have no complaint about the new Audi I bought. But the sales/finance process has left me feeling extremely frustrated. When going through the finance department, I was very clear that I didn’t want any of their add-one for the car. As much as they pushed them, I clearly said I didn’t want their additions. So when it came time to sign docs, they had still added items that I clearly said I didn’t want. By this time though, I was in a hurry because of other scheduled obligations. Even after making it known that I had to be out by a certain time, and being assured it wouldn’t be a problem. And then the icing on the cake was being told there was a $125 fee to transfer my personal license plates to the new vehicles. I thought that was excessive, so I called the county assessor the next morning, and they said that their is no such governmental fees to transfer plates. This Audi dealer is looking to rob you of every penny they can. All they have done is guaranteed I will never bring my new car back to them for service. And I will make sure that I tell everyone I can about their unscrupulous business ethics. More
I purchased an A7 Prestige almost exactly 1 year ago. It never worked properly. Some of the safety features would randomly turn themselves off and reboot several times per day while driving. Repair attemp never worked properly. Some of the safety features would randomly turn themselves off and reboot several times per day while driving. Repair attempts failed. A software patch was supposed to be available Q4 2020 but was never released and now they have now idea when it will be available. AudiUSA was sympathetic but useless. The service rep offered the use of a loaner car until they could effect the repairs but the manager, Kevin Lind, refused to help get the car repaired or to follow through on their promise of a loaner vehicle. He was so aggressive that a staff member later apologized to me in the elevator for this manager's behavior when he couldn't be overheard. To get a car with safety features intact, I ended up having to buy a brand new car. To be fair, Audi corporate did help subsidize some of the difference which I appreciate but I was still out of pocket just over $8,500 for the difference between the trade-in they gave me for mine and the purchase price of an identical new vehicle + TTL. I strongly advise against buying an Audi and even more strongly encourage you to avoid this dealership. This is the second Audi I have owned and I will never buy another. More

I (and my wife) still maintain relationships with some of the sales people who have been there and helped me (Russ Freed). When a beloved member of the staff was ill, another staff person called me to let me know and I contributed to his gofundme. Antoine is a great service provider and my go to person for years. I truly thought i had a good relationship with this dealer. So it saddens me to relate how I was recently treated. I've been looking forward to the release of a vehicle for some time. I went into the dealership and formed a new relation with a salesperson and told them of my intent. We've been in fairly close communication and upon the release of the vehicle the salesperson provided me with an order form and told me to come order. When I arrived however I was told there was a $50,000 markup on the vehicle and that they were only getting one because of limited supply. I told them thank you, but that I wouldn't be paying above MSRP. I also figured I'd perform due diligence and contact a few other dealerships in an ever widening search to confirm the details from my dealership and try to find and order the vehicle. I emailed 2 other local dealerships, and one called me within minutes, told me he was unaware of the limitations discussed at Audi Central and within minutes had the vehicle specced and sent me an agreement for MSRP. The second dealership I contacted told me a similar story and said they would do the same if that agreement fell through. This is why I am disappointed. I've had a long relationship with Audi Central for the past 12 years, but after doing everything right to purchase yet another vehicle from them, they (seemingly) chose to mislead me. FYI, I'm not oblivious to market forces. Maybe they have 100 people requesting this vehicle and it just so happens that the only other local dealerships have 0 people requesting it and they responded accordingly. I just thought that my history with them warranted better treatment. R More

We turned in our Q5 lease. We passed the inspection, turned in both keys, and were assured we were all set. Then we received a bill for a missing key. The number on the invoice had a recording asking us turned in both keys, and were assured we were all set. Then we received a bill for a missing key. The number on the invoice had a recording asking us to call at another time. We called Audi Central Houston, the dealership that handled the return of our lease.
