Best Service ever I'll have to start saying: " Thank you,Wayne Fields". I started to have issues with my Audi A5. Apparently, the high power fuel pump. My car just s I'll have to start saying: " Thank you,Wayne Fields". I started to have issues with my Audi A5. Apparently, the high power fuel pump. My car just shut off in the middle of the Rd. I always get my vehicle services appointment with Mr. Wayne and when this happened I called him right away. It was 5:55 on a Friday evening, about to close the services department, and when I told Mr. Wayne what just happened, with out hesitation he jump in and ask me to call Road side Assistant and he personally was going to meet me where my car stopped with a car for me to drive while my car go to the shop in Cary to have service and find out what is wrong. I was at 38 mi. from the Audi Cary dealer and Mr. Wayne went above and beyond to help me in my situation. Road side Assistant call 911 to get the police to help moving my vehicle out of the Rd. and conduct traffic. Mr. Wayne arrived with fresh water and a vehicle for me soon after and 20 min. after the Tow truck. Everything was taking care in a very professional manner. But most important, I want to recognize Mr. Wayne for the support, for the excellent service, cordiality and care he always has offer to me and my husband during the years we been owners of Audi vehicles. He is a great example of ESEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Mr. Wayne should be recognize and price in what to my eyes is been a heroic acct. And if you would of been in the situation I was, in the middle of a intersection and in temperatures over 98 and feel how concern he was to the point of meeting me and my son on a Friday, even after his work hrs. Thanks Again, I'll be in debt for that with Mrs. Wayne for that Acct. of kindness and compassion. More

As a military family we have been to many Audi dealerships in various duty stations. And none of them come close to the service we receive at Audi Cary. The entire staff is excellent. Awesome Customer Service and a Low Stress Purchase I originally came in looking for a pre-owned Audi for myself. Eric was extremely patient and attentive to my (sometimes eccentric) needs in a car; "T I originally came in looking for a pre-owned Audi for myself. Eric was extremely patient and attentive to my (sometimes eccentric) needs in a car; "The headliner is the wrong color", "What does the ambient light look like at night?". When we took it for a test drive at night (to see that great ambient lighting), that's when I noticed that Eric test drives the car as well. In other words, he tried various systems, settings, buttons. He didn't just sit there and spout the various benefits of owning an Audi. He showed you what it could do and in the meantime, assured everything functioned properly. When I wanted to see the red lighting option, he took the time to find it and set it in the MMI. I didn't buy that car from Eric/Audi Cary, simply because I found what I was looking for elsewhere. However, a couple months later, when I needed a reliable, safe, fuel efficient used car for my two teenagers, Eric was the first person I contacted. He provided a list of choices within the Leith network and I test drove 3 of them. These were not Audis, but again, Eric made sure to test the car himself. He knew I was buying for my kids and kept that in mind if I pointed out something on the lot that maybe had too much power. He steered me to a low mileage 2011 Subaru Legacy. A sunroof and decent stereo made my kids happy, while all wheel drive and a slightly under-powered 4-cylinder with a CVT lets me rest at night knowing it was a good choice. The A6 Prestige I found for myself elsewhere is an awesome car. In two or three years, when I'm itching for a newer one...or maybe an S6?...Eric is the first guy I'll call. More
