Most seamless buying experience ever! We initially went to the dealership to test drive a Q3 as a comparison to the BMW X1 which we had previously owned. From first contact, Len listened to what our preferences were without being pushy. After test driving the Q3 we were sold as the X1 did not even come close in handling, responsiveness, warranty and value for the base features. Now comes all the paperwork and where most dealerships stumble in my opinion. Leith Audi of Cary was quick, professional and accurate with the process, we literally spent no more than 2 hours start to finish including the test drive. During these couple of hours none of the time was spent waiting, it was all productive time. The atmosphere in the dealership was welcoming and friendly! He comes across as a trustworthy person with complete knowledge of all aspects of our sales transaction. I was purchasing in N C a used car for my daughter who resides in Pa. and I wanted the car titled in Pa. She was not present. Jonathan was thoroughly familiar with the procedures to accomplish this. He talked by phone with my daughter on a Monday, overnighted the papers to her with a return postage label and I picked up the car on Friday of the same week.
