Ms. Goins, We certainly understand your frustration with additional repairs being needed on your vehicle. With a vehicle that is 14 years old and has over 200k miles we're unable to foresee everything that might come up in the course of performing repairs, especially with an oil leak that was as significant as yours. This final oil leak was masked by the initial leaks that needed repaired and is unrelated to any other repairs we've performed on your vehicle. Audi Cary has paid for over $2,000 of additional parts and labor repairing items that failed during the course of repairs due to the age and mileage, that we we're not responsible for, as a goodwill gesture, so we could give you back your vehicle in good working order. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for every component that fails on your vehicle.
