He listened to my needs and did not pressure me in to a vehicle or package that didn't make sense for my budget and lifestyle. Additionally, Hugh was super personable and patient at the tail end of the process when signing all the paperwork. Highly recommend this dealer if you are looking for an Audi in the Raleigh area. Nothing short of phenomenal I had my heart set on an Audi Q5 for a while now, and found the best options for the price point I was looking at in Cary, so being from West Virginia I had my heart set on an Audi Q5 for a while now, and found the best options for the price point I was looking at in Cary, so being from West Virginia, decided to make the four hour trek over there. From the moment we got to the dealership, the service was absolutely incredible. I was with my family, who are.. a lot to handle for a lack of better terms, and Eric and Hugh were both so incredibly patient, and accommodating to all of the outlandish requests for discounts every five seconds, and all kinds of other things haha. Eric was absolutely exceptional in everything from explaining the car features (the MMI, wireless charging, etc.) to outlining a perfect test drive route that allowed for me to really get a feel for how the car handles. Everybody on staff were so incredibly accommodating, and I can't stress enough how much I love my new car either. Also, shout out to Hugh for dealing with my Dad in a one on one situation, and coming out of it laughing. If Cary were closer, this would be the only place I'd go to get my service done, genuinely blew me away in terms of knowledge, and service. More

Eric was the first person to respond to my online general inquiry about a vehicle. I live about an hour away and I was pleased that Eric answered all my questions, took additional pictures and provided everything asked so I could make an educated decision remotely. I made an appointment and went to the dealership for a test drive. Upon arrival, the vehicle was being sanitized/wiped down; every button, handle, seat, steering wheel, and key. After returning from the test drive it was raining and I was met at the car with an umbrella. Negotiations were simple, professional and to the point. Hugh was a pleasure to chat with and complete the business side of things. Eric delivered the vehicle to my home a couple days later. He wiped down the car again on delivery. I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend. My only suggestion is for the dealership to upgrade their customer chairs and meeting areas to something more luxurious to match the luxurious brand of vehicles. Also the vehicle was not as detailed as I had hoped on arrival, but that's just me being picky. More

Johnnie was very prompt in reaching out to me and scheduling a test drive. The A4 I was initially interested in sold before I could get to the dealership, but Johnnie notified me and assured me that one with similar features would be available for me to test drive. Johnnie delivered! During the test drive Johnnie answered all of my questions and even provided additional information and considerations that I had not thought of. He was very thorough in explaining the features of the car. I appreciated his respectfulness and not being pushy. Once we decided on a price the entire process was very smooth and effortless. I really appreciate Johnnie fulfilling a request made by my significant other to make taking delivery of my car a memorable experience by bringing my car into the showroom and having a bow on it. I enjoyed working with everyone involved in the process in addition to Johnnie: Wes Smith, Bobby Pepin, Gene Larsen, and Hugh Bodenstine . Johnnie has also been great with responding to questions I've had since completing my purchase.
