I have a 2013 Audi Q5 with only 41000 miles. Last year, I had 35000 mile service. Call today, try to schedule an oil change. I knew oil change costs around $140. But they wanted to charge me $240. I said had 35000 mile service. Call today, try to schedule an oil change. I knew oil change costs around $140. But they wanted to charge me $240. I said I only want oil change, nothing else; but I was told we don't do just oil change, we include something else as part of oil change! Never heard such a service, forced people take pay more for services they don't need. And when I tried to discuss the issue, they hanged up the phone. It is a rip of. I'll never use their services again. More

Team - I hope you understand what you have as a Salesman in Eric Danford! I have bought a lot of vehicles through the decades. The best salesman that I saw previously was a German fella selling BMWs in Cali in Eric Danford! I have bought a lot of vehicles through the decades. The best salesman that I saw previously was a German fella selling BMWs in California and he was sharp, knew his product, and he understood people. Eric is this fella and more. It is readily apparent that Eric drives and uses what he sells. He has driven an Audi for a long time and it shows in his knowledge. He understands the product from a user perspective better than anyone that I have seen at a dealer. His technical information transfer to my wife, an Applied Mathematics PhD, was perfect. She digs all the options that her Audi Q5 brings. Five weeks after our purchase she still reaches out to Eric to figure out some minute detail. BTW...the Audi owner's manual does not cover all of the vehicle's functions. But Eric knows them. This is my wife's favorite car...ever...and I am not certain she would have bought it without Eric being able to relate to her in a very professional manner tailored to her interests. The local Audi dealer in my town did not have what I was looking for but Audi Cary did. They finished the sales process over the phone and through e-signatures. Knowing I had a 2.5 hour drive that I would rather not do during the work week, Johnnie also met me on a Sunday when the dealership was closed in order for me to take delivery. Great service and great team. They made the process easy. More
