Thank you for your feedback! The advisors you spoke with were correct in the information that they gave you. We stopped doing basic oil changes several years ago as it did not meet the expectations of our clients for thoroughness and depth of service. We do what we call an Audi Oil Service which not only includes the oil change but also a comprehensive multi-point inspection, topping up of fluids and tire pressures, resetting of the maintenance reminder(which requires our Audi scan tool), lubrication of the door hinges and latches, etc. You paid approximately the same price when we did your last service. Unfortunately, my advisor had to hang up the phone because you were yelling at her. We're here to help and I'd be more than happy to discuss the service/issue with you at your convenience.
