Very disappointed in this dealerships service department. I travel a lot, have a Q7 TDI. Love it till they ruined it with the emissions fix. Have stopped at 8 different dealerships for adblue fill up and thi I travel a lot, have a Q7 TDI. Love it till they ruined it with the emissions fix. Have stopped at 8 different dealerships for adblue fill up and this is the only one that charged me. They charged $75 for 1 gallon that is around $14 at Walmart. Free at all other dealers. I asked for estimate and it was never given to me. Figured it would be at no cost when no estimate given. Was considering upgrading to new Q7 gas but certainly not from this dealship More

I had a really positive experience at Audi Cary at every step of the process. I’d come in to test drive a used vehicle (not an Audi), so I knew what i was looking for. But i did have questions relative to step of the process. I’d come in to test drive a used vehicle (not an Audi), so I knew what i was looking for. But i did have questions relative to manufacture warranty and some other vehicle-specific items. Josh H researched all my questions and gave me straightforward answers. He was never pushy; he appeared to be genuinely invested in my car-buying experience. I felt very comfortable working with him and felt like he had my best interest in mind. The financing stage was equally enjoyable (how often do you get to say that?). I wrapped up the process with Hugh, who gave me no-pressure advice on my options re:extended warranty, gap coverage, etc. He was patient and took his time explaining some of the finer details to me. As with Josh, I NEVER felt any pressure to spend money on things i didn’t need. I felt i was given good advice and information whenever I needed it. This was, by far, the least stressful dealership experience I’ve had and I will not hesitate to recommend Audi Cary in the future to any of my friends or family who may be in the market for a new car. Oh. And i love my Mazda CX-5! More
