My experience here was amazing, smooth sailing, and done in less than a week! From the time I inquired about the car, meeting with Josh for a test drive, and me leaving with the car the next day (would' in less than a week! From the time I inquired about the car, meeting with Josh for a test drive, and me leaving with the car the next day (would've been that night if I hadn't come so late) the process was quick and easy. He is very knowledgeable and was able to provide tips since I am new to Audi. In general, he seems like a great guy! I didn't feel pressured to make a decision right then and he was able to work within my budget which I really liked. I really felt welcomed throughout my whole time at the dealership and when I came back the next morning to sign the paperwork, my vehicle was parked inside the shop with a bow and a congratulations poster with my name on it. That was the icing on the cake for me. I felt the love from everyone in the dealership. I've only had my car for less than a week and Josh still hasn't gotten tired of me asking questions on certain features that my car has. I am truly grateful to everyone who was apart of this process!
