Loved working with Eric to get my Q7 - was knowledgable and relatable. We also worked with Hugh from Finance - who advocated for the rim package (which we went with - as I do not know how to parallel park) and relatable. I bought a used Porsche off line and had it shipped to my home. Customer service was awesome. Car arrived and it looked better than in the pictures.
