Price we negotiated quite easily without back and forth was very fair, and trade-in of my existing competitor lease that was about to mature was such a breeze I honestly wasn’t expecting it to go that smoothly! Jim, the finance guy, explained all the papers I signed as we were going through everything and I appreciated the way he told me about benefits of packages and protections they have — no endless back and forth, I simply picked one I needed and we were done. The customer manager Kim checked on me too when I was waiting for Walt to work out the numbers. I had such a great experience I grabbed an extra business card of Walt to pass it to someone in my family who is due for an upgrade later this year!! More

Robert located the car quickly, had it detailed, and ready for a test drive by the time I arrived at the dealership. While on the search for a new (to me) car I had the pleasure of visiting Audi Cary and working with Eric Danford. The Audi I test drove was not my #1 favorite and ultimately was not the car for me but, even though I felt it was not the car for me, I struggled with which car and dealership to go with. If I could have bought the Volvo XC60 from Eric at Audi Cary I 100% would and wish I could. Eric and the gentleman I believe was the manager could not have been kinder or more helpful without any hint of pressure or pushiness. I highly recommend working with Eric.
